'Train in the gym, to enjoy adventures outside the gym'

Using the strength, conditioning & grit we have nurtured in the gym to enjoy physical challenges in the great outdoors!

Last weekend, we hosted our first 'Lakeside Workout' of the year and it truly was a very special day! We would love to host them more frequently but there are so many moving pieces that need to align to make a day like this possible, namely;

  1. The weather & lake conditions

  2. Coaches availability & additional time for set up and preparation

So with that in mind, it's likely that any more days like this will be somewhat last minute, 'pop-up' style classes but they will happen again so be sure to keep an eye out!

We are now just over a month away from Lilliput Adventure Race which takes place on Saturday the 15th of July and we cannot wait to tackle the challenge alongside members & friends. Organisers have kindly agreed to facilitate a 'Wolfhound Fitness' wave - which can host between 30 - 40 members. 22 spaces have already been claimed - so if you are thinking about getting involved, don't hang around too long - sign up for the Wolfhound Wave by purchasing your ticket on the 'store' section of Glofox and we will handle the rest of the details directly with Lilliput Adventure Centre.

Kayak 2 km Cycle 38 km Run 5 km Climb 770 ft TOTAL: 45 km

Course Stages: Kayak 2 km on Lough Ennell Cycle 19 km to Croghan **Run 5 km over Croghan Hill with 770 ft climb Cycle 19 km back to Lilliput Adventure Centre
