Meet our Coaches

Joe Nangle

Driven by an unwavering passion for health & fitness, Joe has supported our members to achieve their goals & ambitions through his high standards of programming and coaching. Whether it’s working with competitive athletes looking to bring their performance to the next level, or supporting a new member as they take their first step into a gym environment, Joe has the experience and expertise to bring out the best in each individual, while having plenty of fun along the way. He has also proudly held the role of Strength & Conditioning coach for Westmeath GAA’s Senior Football & Hurling teams for a number of years.
At Wolfhound Fitness, we are firm believers in ‘Leading by Example’. Whether it’s fitting in his own daily training between classes, representing Wolfhound Fitness in CrossFit competitions, tackling an adventure races or jumping into classes alongside members, Joe’s personal commitment to his health & fitness goals are a great source of motivation and inspiration for our community;

Say it / Do it / Coach it / Live it
