Joe Nangle
Head Coach & Co-Owner
Driven by an unwavering passion for health & fitness, Joe has supported our members to achieve their goals & ambitions through his high standards of programming and coaching. Whether it’s working with competitive athletes looking to bring their performance to the next level, or supporting a new member as they take their first step into a gym environment, Joe has the experience and expertise to bring out the best in each individual, while having plenty of fun along the way. He has also proudly held the role of Strength & Conditioning coach for Westmeath GAA’s Senior Football & Hurling teams for a number of years.
At Wolfhound Fitness, we are firm believers in ‘Leading by Example’. Whether it’s fitting in his own daily training between classes, representing Wolfhound Fitness in CrossFit competitions, tackling an adventure races or jumping into classes alongside members, Joe’s personal commitment to his health & fitness goals are a great source of motivation and inspiration for our community;

Katie Murphy
Manager & Co-Owner
Katie is the Co-Owner and Manager here at Wolfhound Fitness, and is also vying for the coveted title of head barista….
In many ways, Katie is the glue that keeps this place together – whether it’s ensuring our day-to-day operations are running smoothly, planning or implementing our development plans, Katie brings structure & direction to Wolfhound Fitness.

Not only is she the brains behind the operations, Katie is a highly experienced coach, who has a particular knack for putting people at ease, while supporting them on their health and fitness journey. She is a highly experienced nutrition coach, who has been working alongside Westmeath GAA Senior Football & Hurling panels the past three seasons

Sarah Murphy
Coach & Nutritionist
Sarah she has been an integral part of the Wolfhound Fitness community since the day we first opened our doors, epitomising all that Wolfhound Fitness represents – Sarah is well & truly ‘All In’.
Whether it’s her training, her study, her nutrition or her coaching, Sarah gives 100% effort and commitment to all she does. With a great eye for detail & Sarah certainly knows how to help members get the most out of every session – she misses nothing!

Outside of coaching and training, Sarah is incredibly passionate about nutrition and cooking – she even has her own social media page - @mysisterskitchen where she regularly shares fantastic recipe ideas. Sarah leads our 'Nutrition for Life' programme - supporting members with their nutritional knowledge, understanding & behaviours

Darren Giles
Coach
More fondly known as ‘Coach Gilsey’, Darren fills many roles here at Wolfhound Fitness – Coach, DJ, Kinesiologist, air guitarist, to name a few….
Not only is Darren a huge source of energy, positivity & fun, he is a very well-rounded & highly skilled coach – who uses his broad base of knowledge to support our members holistically on their health & fitness journey.
He loves spending time in Bali & we reckon he would happily open & run a second Wolfhound Fitness location out there! Never say never

Luke Nangle
Coach
Luke is our newest addition to the coaching team here at Wolfhound Fitness - having recently graduated with a Bsc in Sports Science from DCU.
Luke delivers many of our daily group classes - and has a great eye for detail with great focus on technique work & movement pattern.
Outside of the gym, Luke is passionate about GAA - playing football with Multyfarnham GAA.
