
Postpartum Training
Our newest class at Wolfhound Fitness
We’re excited to launch our new Postpartum Strength & Fitness Classes, designed to support mothers at every stage of their return to exercise after pregnancy. Whether you’re newly cleared for training or further along on your postpartum journey, these sessions focus on building strength, stability, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

Classes are led by our Co-Owner, S & C coach & new mammy, Katie Murphy, who has trained & specialised in pregnancy and postpartum training, ensuring sessions are guided by evidence-based approaches to training during and after pregnancy.
​
Each class includes guided strength training, core and pelvic floor work, mobility, and functional movement to help you feel stronger, more confident, and better supported in your body as you return to regular training.
​
You’ll also be training alongside other mums in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Babies are welcome, so you can prioritise your health without needing childcare.
Classes run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12–1pm, and can be booked using your Wolfhound Fitness membership or class cards, making it easy to join when it suits you.
