Running may be one of the most natural things we do as humans, but natural doesn’t always mean efficient.
At Wolfhound Fitness, we know that progress in any form of training isn’t just about going through the motions — it’s about breaking movements down, understanding the methodology, and refining technique to optimise performance. Running is no different. By focusing on the fundamentals, you can build efficiency, reduce injury risk, and set the foundation for long-term performance and success.
Due to such positive feedback, we are delighted to be running our second instalment of a 3-week course on the Fundamentals of Running, led by Ciara Foy and Joe Nangle.
