Our popular Defiance programme for women has already helped dozens of women rediscover their confidence, strength, and vitality through our empowering strength training programme.
Now, Defiance grows stronger — we’re expanding this successful programme with 'Defiance for Men', a strength and conditioning class designed specifically for men aged 60 and above.

Just like our women’s Defiance classes, the men’s program is designed specifically for older adults and led by Wolfhound’s experienced coaches who know how to tailor workouts for any ability level.
Each session combines functional strength work, conditioning, and mobility, using movements that build power, resilience, and real-world capability.
Whether you’re new to training or returning after time away, Defiance for Men will help you rebuild confidence, strength, and fitness one workout at a time.
