At Wolfhound Fitness, we’re passionate about building strong, resilient bodies. That’s why we’re excited to launch our Introduction to Strength & Conditioning course, starting October 14th and running for 4 weeks, every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30am.

Whether you’re brand new to training or looking to refresh your technique, this course will give you the tools to move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in your training.


🏋️ What to Expect in the Course


Over 4 weeks, our coaches will take you through:

  • Fundamental strength movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry)

  • Correct lifting technique and safe progression

  • Conditioning workouts designed to improve fitness

  • Mobility and stability drills to support long-term training


Each session will build your knowledge and confidence, helping you establish a strong foundation that you can carry into any style of training.
