As we edge closer to the end of a super summer of training, we’re gearing up for the grand finale to our Wolfhound Class - Summer Series.
After two great events—one focused on raw strength, and the second built to push your engine to the max—we now bring you the final instalment:
the Hybrid Challenge.
It’s an altered take on a Hyrox-Similation workout —minus the sleds but packing the same challenge. Whether you’ve joined us for the earlier challenges or you’re diving in for the end of Summer, this is one you don’t want to miss!
💥 The Hybrid Challenge: What’s the Workout?
You and your teammate will move together through the following:
1km Ski
100 Lunges
50 Burpees
1km Row
200m Farmers Carry
100 Wall Balls
1km run between each station.

Please note, we will have one 'non-runners' heat, which will be the perfect alternative for members who for injury/medical reasons are not advised to run (bike alternative) - this is limited to 8 teams and if you and/or your partner fall into this category please keep an eye for specific heat times which will be outlined on the platform when booking your slot.
Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, or just soak up the vibes, this is the perfect way to close out the summer season.
