Get ready for a three-part challenge that will push you, test you, and showcase the incredible progress you’ve made across all pillars of your fitness.
Introducing our inaugural
‘Wolfhound Classic – Summer Series’
Three months. Three challenges. One epic journey.
🔥 THE WOLFHOUND CLASSIC – strength challenge 🔥
📆 Friday, June 20th
🎯 Test your 1 Rep Max in:
➡️ Deadlift
➡️ Bench Press
➡️ Clean/Hang Clean
We’ll be prepping you in class over the next 5 weeks with targeted programming, technical focus, and strategies to peak safely and confidently on the day. We’ll be testing these 3 lifts in all classes on Friday the 20th of June!
🔥 THE WOLFHOUND CLASSIC – fitness challenge 🔥
📆 Friday, July 25th
🎯 This one is pure engine:
➡️ 1km Ski
➡️ 2km Row
➡️ 3km Run
You’ll be tested on aerobic endurance, pacing, and recovery across three modalities - with your Wolfhound coaches guiding every rep and stride.

📆 Saturday, August 24th
🎯 Pairs Hyrox Simulation
➡️ 1000m Ski
➡️ 50m Sled Push
➡️ 50m Sled Pull
➡️ 80m Burpee Broad Jump
➡️ 1000m Row
➡️ 200m Farmers Carry
➡️ 100m Sandbag Lunges
➡️ 100 Wall Balls
➡️ 1km Run between Each Station
***Scaled options will be available also
With an end of summer after party planned to close off a great summer of training alongside you all!
